RIDE provides a confidential point of contact for the LGBTQ+ community to directly interface with the bicycling industry and sport. RIDE is the authentic and trusted resource for business leaders to listen and learn from the LGBTQ+ community in a mutually respectful and solution oriented method.

RIDE develops relationships with LGBTQ+ individuals and local communities by listening and learning how best to serve. RIDE works directly within the outdoor industry and sport developing LGBTQ+ representation and awareness through education, consultation, training, evaluation, strategy, development and implementation of action plans to meet immediate and long term targets.

The LGBTQ+ community needs anonymous and confidential representation within the cycling industry and sport to advocate for its needs without exposing individual members of the community to potential harm or further marginalization. Outdoor industries and sports need a safe space and trusted point of contact to help them understand, develop and implement the structures they need to become an inclusive business and sporting community that respects and understands the needs of it employees, athletes, consumers and end users.
